CANCELLATION POLICY & PEAK PERIOD PAYMENT POLICY
General: Cancellations made only 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50 % cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged a 100 % cancellation fee.
‘No shows’ and stays that are cut short will also be charged a 100 % cancellation fee.
* 24 December – 10 January (peak period) a full non-refundable prepayment is required upon booking
